The breakfast had a wide range of various meals. The staff was friendly and ready to help with everything I needed. The resort was lovely, and the beach access was easy.

The pool bars only serve drinks. Bartenders do not know how to make cocktails. Cleanliness of the rooms was almost nonexistent. The floors were not washed well. I have asthma, and entering the room was a nightmare every night.

the location was quite good! the food selection at the main restaurant included many options. i used a ride-sharing app for quick trips into town! it usually only took two minutes for the ride to arrive. the room service was efficient and reliable

the food selection was acceptable and quite varied at times.

the kids' club was a letdown. the room itself was small, and every time i went, it was locked with no staff around (i guess they were on a break). there were no outdoor activities planned so i ended up having to join the riu fun games.

i found the staff very friendly. the pool area was clean, and the drinks were refreshing. my room was spacious and well-kept (i really liked the daily cleaning service).

the kids' club could use some improvement. the room seemed quite small, and there weren't many structured activities for the children. i think organizing more outdoor events would be beneficial.

The hotel offers a vast selection of food , and everything tasted fresh. There were always sunbeds available at the pool. Water slides provided entertainment for both adults and kids.

The corridors had a slight smell , which was not ideal.
